LeaderSHIFT is an initiative of the Chinook Winds Regional Council and Pacific Mountain Regional Council of The United Church of Canada. While most of the team works from other areas within the regions, LeaderSHIFT’s home is at the Pacific Mountain Regional Council (PMRC) office, situated on the Coast Salish hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and sḵwx̱wú7mesh speaking people’s territory.
