Renewing Leadership

Postponed due to Omicron

3 days of renewal

This three day program invites ministry personnel to connect and reconnect with their core gifts and strengths, to reflect on God’s call as they experience it now, and to align once again with the essential character that they bring to their ministry leadership.

Our communities of faith need us to be self-aware, healthy, and present as we respond to challenging realities of being faith leaders, and institutional church leaders.

What To Expect

During Renewing Leadership you will meet in large, small and one-on-one groups for learning and reflection, and you will be encouraged to complete reflective tasks. An important piece of the experience is completing a 360-assessment through which you will receive feedback from a cross section of people (family, friends, those you work with, colleagues—past and present) who you respect and trust. The assessment will provide insight into how others experience you in your leadership and help inform your own self-perception as you identify strengths, blind spots and growth areas.
